Well, here we are. A whole year with Nikki and Momo in Infinity Nikki.
It feels so surreal yet so nostalgic in a way. With so many adventures having taken place. Countless memories made. Stories and secrets discovered and unravelled, where has all the time gone?
The very first time I discovered Infinity Nikki. It was during a PlayStation State of Play showcase in 2024. I remember sitting and watching the livestream thinking “this game has everything I want in a game!” It had cosy elements, a mixture of exploration alongside action and adventure. A vast array of outfit choices for your character and just so much more waiting within the game. To tell you I was excited and curious about the game was an understatement.
Nikki’s Main Story Adventure
From the moment I stepped foot into Miraland, the first time during a media preview event (something I’m still hugely grateful and thankful to have been given the opportunity to take part in), I knew this would be a magical and memorable experience. However, stepping foot into the game upon launch, revisiting those places I had previously been before, it felt reminiscent but exciting and brand new. There was still so much out there to discover, I just needed to find it.
I don’t want to say I rushed through the main story of Infinity Nikki when it launched, but it was certainly something I thoroughly enjoyed my time playing through. I don’t want to spoil the story, especially if there is someone reading this who hasn’t yet played Infinity Nikki, however it was an experience that really exceeded my expectations.
The themes, the characters, the overall plot, the pacing, everything I found was spot on. There wasn’t really a moment I found myself having to rush to keep up, I just went with the flow of the game. Even if that meant going off on a few side quests here and there!
There really was more to the main story than what meets the eye. Just so many different layers to it. Not forgetting how the additional story content from the various seasons filled in the gaps and allowed us to revisit previous locations, which added more to the overall gameplay experience.
Now with the new Itzaland story line here, I can say I’m even more excited and curious to see how things play out over future updates!

Strike a Pose, Stylist!
It goes without saying I spent so much time creating so many different looks, styles, combining different pieces to make some unique and questionable looks and just finding different places to take photos in the outfits.
With each new season, more outfits were released. Initially, in the first few seasons I used to worry about not getting every piece of every outfit, however, I soon found myself okay with the fact I wouldn’t. That added to the fun of creating different looks and also when it came to challenges and completing the Mira Crown challenges.
Here’s a quick look at some of my favourite looks from Infinity Nikki since launch and until now:
Keep On Adventuring!
Having completed the new story chapters in Itzaland, I’m looking forward to seeing where the story goes next, although I will have to wait some time to be able to do, I’m guessing.
In the meantime, I’ll be slowly continuing my own adventure through Itzaland and Wishfield. Completing quests I haven’t done so already, visiting new places and rediscovering old ones. Truthfully, I still have plenty to do to keep me busy. That’s not to mention the countless side quests, stylist challenges, and even sorting out my player home as well. There’s always something to do, which is perfect depending on my mood.
Looking Forward to Nikki’s Future
I have to say, the past twelve months playing Infinity Nikki has been an adventure on its own. While my own experience has had ups and downs, I feel that’s completely normal and natural. There are some seasons I played more as I was interested in the content and found it fun. Then other seasons I haven’t played as much due to being too busy with other commitments, or I experienced game issues which have since been addressed and fixed by Infold Games.
However, with that aside, my overall experience and journey with Infinity Nikki has been wonderful. I’m delighted with how my time was spent with the game in version one of Infinity Nikki. I feel there was a good balance of content that suited not just my play style but many other players as well.

As for future content, I can’t wait to see how the new version two storyline progresses, I have questions that need answers which I know in time will be answered. I’m excited to see what stories, friends, foes, outfits and more will pop up along the way. I don’t have anything specific I’d like to see right now, I’m just happy going with the flow of the game for the time being.
Lastly, happy birthday, Nikki, thank you for a year of adventures in the cosiest of games! Here’s to many more birthdays and stories in the future!
While my current journey with Nikki, Momo and friends might be over for now, something tells me there will be many more adventures on the horizon in Itzaland.
