Infinity Nikki Bubble Season Thoughts: A Love-Hate Journey

Infinity Nikki Bubble Season 1.5

I’ll admit, I’m incredibly behind on this current season of Infinity Nikki. However, it somewhat feels like I have a bit of a love hate relationship with the game at the moment. Sadly, I’ve encountered a number of bugs and issues since version 1.5 launched and while for the most part many of those issues have been resolved in one way or another, I still have the odd one or two popping up on the odd occasion. At least I can play the game now though without crashing every few minutes.

Now, I’m not letting that dampen my experience, because truthfully, it’s just one of those things that can happen in gaming. Yet here I am, very behind on the Bubble Season content and eagerly trying to complete what I can before the next major update.

I will say, the transparency of the Infold Games Team once the current season launched, addressing and apologising for any issues was welcoming, and it was easy to catch up with all the various news I had missed out on. Even their most recent update from the development team here shows the transparency and the various things they’ve learnt during the Infinity Nikki Bubble Season content.

I will be brutally honest, I had forgotten that the game had received a number of UI updates and changes and while that initially threw me off, however a very much welcomed refresh and optimization. After re-familiarising myself with where everything was, I was back to making my way through the new content and crafting pieces of the new Miracle Outfit!

Throughout the time I’ve spent in game over the last week or so, I’ve found myself hopping around so many different aspects of the game. I’ve made good progress with the current Bubble Season storyline, which I think I’m nearly at the end. I’ve attempted to gain some of the new outfits via Resonance, and I’ve been doing okay there. The smaller Bubble Season events I’m ticking off one by one. I don’t know if I’ll finish all of them before the new end date of 12th June 2025 and that’s okay. Currently, I’m prioritising the ones I can do more easily now and then will move onto the ones that will probably take a little longer but again, slow but steady progress is being made.

Now, I haven’t really explored the outfit dyeing features in great detail just yet. I’ve kind of glanced at them more than anything, and it looks good fun. I don’t dislike having to unlock additional colours in time, it adds a little bit more fun, but the initial starting colours are a great starting point.

The Infinity Nikki 1.5 Bubble Season content has overall been fun to play through. While I’m not necessarily logging in daily at the moment, I do a few times a week to keep up to date with content and make steady progress. There’s still so much to do, even more so with the upcoming mid-season update as well!

Looking further ahead to the next update, Infinity Nikki 1.6, I’m excited and hopeful that we’ll see a smoother role out of new content. There are talks of in game housing coming as well as a host of cool fun Summer content for players to explore. What that looks like, we’ll have to wait and see closer to the time!
