The current Steam Next Fest comes to a close today.
Jam-packed with games spanning many themes and genres, it’s a chance for the gaming community to jump in and explore something different, discover new favourites and build their wish lists.
This is the first time I’ve been able to take a closer look at Steam Next Fest. To be completely honest, I had no idea where to start, there truly is so much to explore! I’ve been trying to balance checking out what demos I could around real-life commitments, and it’s been tough. However, I have managed to play through a handful of different demos.
Although I haven’t been able to check out as many aspects of Steam Next Fest as I planned to, I still wanted to highlight a selection of games that stood out to me that I had a chance to explore.

There’s no denying that this Steam Next Fest was full of so many games covering a variety of themes and genres. It was also hard to narrow down a selection of games that stood out to me since there were so many to choose from. I’ve added countless games to my wish list and played a variety of demos, many of which I really enjoyed. I just wish I had more time to check out even more demos as there are so many quality demos and games in general out there to dive into and explore.
