Check Out SixamCC’s Hacienda Getaway & Besties Part 2 Collections for The Sims 4

I’m excited to share something I’ve wanted to rediscover and do for a while. Specifically, talking about some of my favourite mods for The Sims 4 from my favourite creators!

Now, I can’t wait to share the love and showcase two of SixamCC’s upcoming custom content packs for the game. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to check both of these out ahead of their public launch.

About SixamCC

SixamCC who is also known as Six, is a talented custom content and mod creator for The Sims 4. Their creations range from small functional mods, mini-kits to bring existing in-game content to life with additional objects and most notably the custom content packs themselves.

The custom content packs range from additional build mode objects such as windows, doors and floors to collections that will let you create beautiful rooms inspired by different locations and themes.

Without further ado, let’s take a closer look at the Hacienda Getaway and Besties Part 2: Me and my Cat collections!

The Hacienda Getaway

Inspired by the beautiful Los Cabos, Mexico that Sixam visited last year, it seemed only right for a custom content pack themed upon memories from that trip. Additionally, it goes perfectly with the new world, Ciudad Enamorada that came with The Sims 4 Lovestruck expansion pack.

The custom content pack is a place where your Sims will discover a variety of new objects to help create the perfect getaway location. Full of grand double doors, archways and windows made of wood, iron and clay as well as stylish cosy leather living room furniture. The perfect combination if your Sims want to relax, catch up, or maybe there’s romance in the air?

However, that’s not all! Sixam has also added a variety of fitting finishes to the pack. From traditional themed rugs, rustic paintings, planters, cacti, iron chandeliers and more!

What’s Included in the Pack?

There are a total of twenty-seven exciting new objects as listed below:

Build: Archway, Door, Two Floors and Two Windows
Comfort: Armchair (with and without pillows), Armchair, Loveseat and Sofa
Decorative: Cushions for the Sofa, Cushions, Beam, Three plants (including cactus), Painting, Dalia Flower, Rug, Tequila Bottle, Tequila Set and Mud Vase.
Lighting: Chandelier and Wall Light
Surface: Coffee Table and Console Table

Let’s Review

Love, love, love this custom content pack!

As some who hasn’t yet picked up the latest expansion, it’s been great fun to explore and create some small builds inspired by both Los Cabos and Ciudad Enamorada. The Jungle Adventure Game Pack, Desert Luxe and Courtyard Oasis Kits had some wonderful items that worked well with Sixam’s content. I certainly had a lot of fun creating a few different builds with these objects.

The colours for each swatch add so much versatility and variety that the new objects will work wonderfully with many other existing in-game items too! I can’t wait to build more with this Custom Content Pack alongside the latest The Sims 4 Lovestruck Expansion!

Next up, let’s take a look at Besties Part 2: Me and My Cat!

Besties Part 2: Me and my Cat

This next custom content pack from Sixam is the second part of the highly popular Besties Me and My Dog collection.

For this cat-inspired custom content pack, unlike how part one looked at the relationship between younger Sims and Dogs, this time it is focused on the relationship between cats and adults!

There are plenty of new and exciting goodies from Sixam in this collection including two new cat tree variations, cat scratchers, beds and more! You can’t forget the essentials, either! You also can’t forget the level of detail Sixam has gone into with this collection to help your Sims’ showcase their love for our feline friends!

What’s Included in the Pack?

There are a total of twenty-eight purr-fect new objects as listed below:

Build: Two Wallpapers & One Floor
Comfort: Armchair, Double Bed, Bench with added Blanket and Bench
Decorative: Cat Food, Curtains (various sizes), Paintings and Rug
Lighting: Table Lamp
Surface: Night Table
Storage: Dresser and Open Dresser
Pets: Bed, Food Bowl, Cat Tree (Large & Small), Bed with Scratching Post, Cat Climbing Wall, Litter Box and Carrot Scratching Post.

Note: The Sims 4 Cats and Dogs Expansion is required for the Pet Objects.

Let’s Review

This is such a wonderful and wholesome custom content pack. Naturally, it works well with the Cats and Dogs expansion pack. You can make so many wonderful different spaces for your cats, each that gives a cosy and homey feel. Perfect for your feline friends and has so many options and combinations.

Honestly, I love the wallpaper/panel combination that Sixam included. It gives me Taylor Swift, Lover vibes!

However, as a whole, this collection along with part one is paw-fect for pet lovers.
